  Advice please. I have some Avios within Iberia I would like to move to BAEC. Is it a case of opening Aer long is account, moving Iberia Avios over. Then moving them to Avios account, then to BAEC? When I log into my old avios account it says it’s closed. So maybe I can move directly from aer club BAEC? Thank you

    Correct. You need to open a new avios.com account with AerClub or Vueling Club and then go IB to avios.com to BA.

    Still not got mine either, but as there’s naff all to do with them just now and it seems to be affecting everyone, I’m going to wait and assume it’s a glitch which will be straightened out at some point!

  Posted this as a reply yesterday but probably was a little late

  HN gift cards – went to ask yesterday and HN staff said no to burger lobster / Zelman but TG seems to have positive experience

  TG can you elaborate if it’s straightforward / low risk to use it at Zelman?

  Returning to the 2020 Diamond rollover discussion. Forgive me for not going through again in detail but am shortly to book a stay with multiple rooms (four). Am I right to understand that while I’d earn base points for all four rooms, I’d only be picking up elite qualifying night credits for one room? Or is there small print somewhere in my favour in terms of this promotion?

    Just the one room credit unfortunately CF, at least that’s what I was reliably informed when I asked the same question a few weeks back.

      Thank you. Hoping to assemble wider family together for a pre-Christmas, post Lockdown (?), cancellable, stay – and in lieu of a normal Christmas get together. Small point of note – anticipating the above answers, I attempted to do two bookings. Firstly, three rooms via the standard Hilton site, and then one room via the Frontline Hilton Site as I qualify for this. The Frontline site has only ever allowed one to book one room – fair enough really. But by going to it after having made a booking for three rooms, the bookings merged and the three already-booked rooms appeared again to be booked at the very-reduced frontline rate – which I did (and then cancelled my original booking of the three rooms).

        Good call! Just to add, we also qualify for the Frontline Rate, and have used it 3 times in the last few months, Portugal, Turkey, & Greece – never beer asked for proof of work yet!

    £20 off £100 at Gordon Ramsey
    £20 off £100 at The Kitchens
    £100 off £300 at the Corinthia which is valid til 31/3/21 so might actually be useful.
    £40 off £300 at Bicester again until 24/12/20 so might be useful too.

        Never have I seen a blog with people moaning so much because an offer didn;t start when they thought it would.

  No Harrods offer for me either although other offers have posted including the Qatar one. Pity if it doesn’t come as the 10% off Harrods saving has been extended until Wednesday.

    Actually after looking at some other offers from Amex recently I suspect the £100 credit will not appear in the list of Amex offers. A couple of cash back options over the last few weeks where letters have been sent out state that no registration is necessary such as a Gold card offer increasing the cash conversion value of Amex points. What I’m not clear about is whether such offers apply to everyone of just those who receive the promotion letter. I might make a small purchase to see if a credit comes through as I don’t have a letter.
