It’s happening for everyone at the moment – appears to be a bug. We are getting it fixed.

The anonymous thing is a bug, so you shouldn’t need to change anything on your profile. Just have a bit of patience whilst we try and get it fixed! Hopefully in the next 24 hours or so.

In the backend I can see your profile is set to use AJA as your display name so that is very weird!

Yes, I got this too. Bit crap to be honest – increasing monthly fee to £5 and reducing potential cashback from direct debits to £5 (total) per month, so basically net even unless you have another Barclays product that gets you rewards like a mortgage.

Also, again! This failed to post because I was using the img tag features that are in the WYSIWYG editor here… Should remove tags we cannot use! I again had to remove URLs entirely to get this to post…
