BA’s Vancouver flight has changed from A350 to A380 next summer, as I’ve just had seat change notification.
Sad that I’ve not got Club Suite now, but happy I’ve been able to nab upper deck.

I’d say yes, the likes of Chronomics or SimplyTestMe are exactly the sort of lateral flow which is permitted.
