Take the test, if its positive then you can try to explain but if its negative then its a non issue, not much else you can do as they are not going to exempt you from testing.

Rob and I have also been brainstorming and have come up with an idea to have the forum home page tabbed so you can easily switch between the board view and recent topics view without reloading. This should also make ‘recent topics’ easier to see on mobile.
Once the forum is properly integrated into the site I could see the forum aspects being very popular.

Sorry Rob/Rhys this doesn’t work for me at all as daily chat thread was easy to navigate and follow with up to date and largely interesting and entertaining reading. Now it is a mess with many fewer posts and very difficult to follow replies to posts. The alternative is laboriously looking at and trawling through disparate forum topics which just takes too much time and unattractive. You used to have about 500 posts a day on the daily chat – why try to fix something which wasn’t broken (at least for your readers)? I appreciate the hard work and effort that has obviously gone into this, but it just doesn’t work at least for me. If it stays like this I’m going to cancel my (non)-subscription(!)
I agree, this daily chat thing isn’t going to work now that people have the ability to setup a relevant thread to their topic.
There could be a daily chat section where topics are posted which would make more sense but 1 thread for 50+ topics makes no sense

This is strange. I never received a letter terminating my credit card. I assumed they deemed my use of Curve to be acceptable enough (used it maybe 10 times in total, no MS), but every transaction I try to do with my IHG Creation card now fails. Online account looks completely normal though.
I hope you phone them up and record the call and ask them what happened!
I spoke to someone at Creation today who stated that it’s in the terms and conditions from the point that I was notified the card was to be cancelled, no further points would be awarded. She quote a section in the T&Cs but I didn’t write it down. So my original complaint has been rejected although none of this is in writing yet.
She did however suggest that my new account which I opened on Nov 30 and was automatically closed on Dec 1st should not have been closed down and will investigate. She said she is aware of the now discontinued card being closed but not the regular rewards card. Not sure if she is in the loop as much as she thinks she is?
With actions like the above from Creation you have to wonder who exactly takes them seriously

If they can’t match the transactions they refund to Curve Cash, also sometimes they don’t even register the refunds at all and you have to chase Curve which is rather pathetic
