Mine seems to have pulled one in from somewhere – but can’t figure out where! I would also be interested to find this out.

Don’t you get 25000 points for becoming spire? Worth more than £40 if mattress run is the easiest option

    Yes that’s correct.
Definitely worth it if you are only one cheap stay away from getting it.

does anyone know if there is an easy way to find out what vouchers you have earned on the VA cards, at the moment nothing shows on your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account and so you have to call them to find out which takes hours to get through

Look in the Virgin Red app.
Use the Account menu (bottom right of screen)
Account > Activity > look for a line with 0 points that says “You have qualified for a credit card reward voucher”

That’s it. No other details visible about expiry or anything.

Firstly, as you’re going to be away for 5 night (minimum) choose somewhere you actually want to go.

Starting in Glasgow made sense for me.
    – Cheap Easyjet positioning flight from LGW (my closest airport). You can also still do LGW-GLA on BA if that works better as a separate booking.
    – Choice of overnight hotels at GLA all within a few minutes walk of terminal prior to GLA-LHR first leg (HIX is totally fine).

For me Athens was a good destination.
Very walkable city, lots to see and do. Some great central hotels (recommend Athens Center Square as a budget option on BA Holidays with inclusive breakfast).

How can you tell when your voucher has triggered with the VCC? I’m pretty sure I either have or am pretty close.
Amex let you know right away by email and by dropping the voucher into your BAEC account right away.
I’m hoping VCC are as user/customer friendly
    *fingers crossed

No notifications at all. Look in the Virgin Red app.
Use the Account menu (bottom right of screen)
Account > Activity > look for a line with 0 points that says “You have qualified for a credit card reward voucher”

That’s it. No other details visible about expiry or anything.
