AFAIK the initial sign up bonuses always include supplementary cards, however the targeted ‘spend x for y points,’ or indeed any other of the offers that you need to click to save, are usually for the targeted card only.

Yes, I booked a few days ago for February. Availability was a bit limited but managed to find a day that suited.
