The forum feels very much like FT did back in the early days.

I’d be interested if other platforms were looked at, or if WordPress was used just to integrate with the blog comments?

Should it be called ‘forum’ rather than ‘forums’? Other ‘forum’s are general called so in the singular, I feel it sounds a bit strange referring to this site in the plural form.

Hhhmmmm – seems like I should have hit “quote” to reply to a specific post, rather than “reply”. Was meant to be a reply to the comment about it being more intuitive for the reply and quote buttons to be below a post, not above it.

Very hard to see above which parts of the replies are quoted text and which is the reply from the other person.

Needs to use a background colour.

When clicking a thread is there anyway to make it jump to the most recent unread comment, which will be personal to each user? Something I’ve found useful on other forums.

Personally I find the indented replies hard to get on with in a forum (though works well for the chat thread), that should be what quoted replies are for. Agree with everyone else though that the quoted replies don’t distinguish well enough
