A question for the HfP team: why don’t I get a notification when someone responds to my posts, like in any normal forums??
One major issue with chat was “orphaned questions” — those forgotten by the poster and not checked back again. This forum does not seem to resolve it. What am I missing?First question (literally). BA has cancelled our F flights to BOS in March and moved us to a slightly earlier service, which is fine. However, my booking only shows cancellation/change options now, I can’t see our seats and or any other info such as meal selection which you can normally see in a booking. If I just leave it will it change nearer the time to show these options? We had seats selected already but I can’t see now if these have been retained or even whether the cabin configuration is different (previously it was the smaller, 8 seat cabin.
Cannot see a way to send emails, but you can view all the comments you have made which is one step further than the chat threads prior to the forum.

Following on from the above – when I clicked on the cancellation options, under the FTV info it says that these are valid for travel until *April 2023*. Was there any written confirmation about the September 2023 date at any point – I only recall seeing it mentioned on HFP?
@Rob, are you planning on pruning these threads every year? If not, you may want to consider suffixing the year to the title to avoid confusion when using the search function in the future.
Probably best to use the reply to yourself function when having an after thought to a question you’ve already posed.

Meals are not currently bookable
Depending when the change was made allow 34 hours or so.
My flights shifted by 15 minutes but it took a while before I could check seats etc.

Chronomics (who we used for Croatia in Sep and was very efficient) is doing return LFT and Day 2 PCR package for about £70pp. Will be using them again over New Year.
As Andrew says it ended on 12 Dec. That said I now have a Count up to Christmas tile shoeing my results of how many Nectar points I collected and how many challenges I did.
Cheapest for us was Randox Click and Collect without any discount codes.
Day2 PCR £34.99
Pre Departure LFT £18.95Returned from TFS at the weekend. LFT worked fine for departure (certificate uploaded to Verifly for manual verification) and we took the Day 2 test as soon as we arrived on Saturday. We dropped in the nearest dropbox and had the result (negative) in just under 13 hours from dropping.
Thankfully all negative – even though I had Covid 6 weeks ago.It’s a completely separate issue and quite an important one given how many of us have got FTV’s!
