As 2021 is coming to a close, I wrote to the Help Contact email address for the programme and asked if they would roll over my 6 unused Suite Night Upgrades to 2022.

So that was a clear no from ALL.

So despite being Diamond and despite CoViD its a no, bit dissapointed. Anyone else tried and managed to prolong their SNUs?
