Skiing in France with teenagers

We’re travelling to France on Friday with 2 teens who have both recovered from Covid and have had their first jab. Hoping someone will know whether there is any documentation I can take that will persuade a French pharmacy to issue a health pass for the week rather than needing daily tests at the pharmacy. I’d be grateful to hear anyone’s experience of this.
