Singapore Vaccinated Travel Lane

    Hi all

Can anyone help decipher the VTL situation with Singapore. The matter in particular is that I can see a flight with F availability on SQ metal from SIN – FRA at the end of Feb.

There is no mention of this flight being on the VTL. Does this mean it is a dead duck? Would I even be eligible to take that flight as a non German citizen arriving into Frankfurt with the need for onward connectivity?

    Thanks

OK I’ve actually just realised that the VTL flights don’t seem to apply to flights departing Singapore. Does that mean we are free to take them?

Surely exiting Singapore the only restrictions you care about are your destination’s country?

Vaccinated Travel Lanes are designed to make travelling to Singapore easier – I imagine Singapore is less bothered by how people leave the country!

Of course, seems logical. I just want to be sure I’m not commiting to something attrocious because the rules are unnecesarily difficult.

Short answer is there are no flight restrictions to exit Singapore. VTL is only for entry.
