France entry rules for 11 / 12 year olds

Funny twist on this, especially if you have an 11 year old child.
The French gvmt website clearly states you need an antigen / PCR test to enter the country if you are 12 or older.

However, the form you have to download and sign says
“For persons aged 11 years or more, a virological screening test (PCR) of less than 48 hours prior to boarding showing no COVID-19 infection or an antigenic test taken less than 48 hours before boarding, showing no COVID-19 infection;”

I am pretty sure it is over 11 but you don’t want to get anything wrong and not be allowed on the plane / train.

I got this wrong, I think the form is only for the unvaccinated (which the 11 year old would be so still doesn’t really make sense).
