British Airways and Avios

British Airways Executive Club is the frequent-flyer program for British Airways.  It uses a reward currency called ‘Avios’. This article looks at what an Avios point is worth.

If you are new to collecting Avios, we suggest you start with the basics with our Beginner’s Guide to Collecting Avios.

In our Beginner’s Guide to Spending Avios, we look at how you can maximise the value you get from your Avios and how to avoid high taxes and charges on flights.

If you are interested in earning Avios from credit cards, you should read this article comparing all the Avios-earning credit cards.

You can learn more about British Airways Executive Club on the British Airways website here.

If you need to buy Avios to top up your account, the special BA site you need is here.
