  Anyone used Top CB and Buyagift and seen the error “Sorry! Error has occurred while processing your order”. Want to use Amex as 20% off too, also using a code from BAG. Using PayPal will remove the Amex offer I’m guessing.

  Unless I try without Top CB link?

  Signed my daughter up for Amex Gold as part of referral scheme. She has got her Amex card but is still waiting on her PP card to arrive. She is travelling this coming week is it possible to contact Amex/PP and get her number in advance in case the card does not turn up in the next couple of days? – Thanks

    I received a Gold card over a week ago and have not received a PP card yet either. In fact, I have no offers on my card either. Amex seems slow these days.

    I could be wrong, but you may be able to contact Amex to get your PP details and then use them to register for the PP app.

        They can’t, you need to call Priority Pass. I did it a few weeks back and Amex put me through to PP to sort in exactly the same situation.

    I couldn’t find one but I am giving them a wide berth after their CS agent advised they (or maybe their labs) are not UKAS-accredited so not acceptable to some countries. Booked with DocTap instead (also no promo codes).

    Airtime some times email them, people kindly post them here, following on instagram and hotukdeals also help. There was one earlier in the week TREATS which gives you £1 for spending £5 but that might have ran out by now…

  Do Amex BA cards credit limit match the Avios limit per month?
  I have a new card with very low credit and wanting to spend more than the limit and get the points for the purchase. Can I pay it off early and still get the points for any additional spend?

  Got the 100 off 400 spend for Amex Travel but don’t have any plans yet and want to use it before cancelling my card.

  Is there any tips/tricks to ordering this? Could I make a £400 BA flight booking and refund it for a BA evoucher?

    book a £400 hotel for late next year. Cancel beginning of 2022, you’ll get the £400 back and keep the £100 credit.

      Never not had credit reverse when the whole transaction was refunded.

        My experience is the same as Paul’s, but a good 8 months between payment and requesting refund so YMMV.

  I have a small amount of Emirates Miles expiring soon and plan to spend them in Dubai Duty Free.. does anyone know if I can spend all my family account’s Miles or if I can only spend my personal accounts?
  Will make a huge difference to the quality of wine I will be drinking -thanks

    Probably just apply online – I think you have 6 months’ grace period to invest/etc. I just put £100 in an investment before I applied.

    Ive never had the investment account etc. , just pay my salary in.

    In 2 years, they’ve never flagged it up as a problem
