The comments under this article are where you should post questions about travel and, indeed, anything else on your mind.

Please only comment under the main articles on the site if your comment is directly related to the topic of the article. This has long-term benefits as it keeps the commentary relevant for people who read those articles in the future.

Anyone else had this amazing error message on the BA website? Just a blank screen with a message saying they are improving the Exec Club and everything should be back up and running for 17 Nov. I guess there is some downtime coming up but the message was triggered early by website issues this evening.

how do i transfer virgin points to hilton? is there another way of preventing my hilton points from expiring? i texted virgin a few days ago requesting to transfer points but haven’t had a response
