Historically, the daily ‘Bits’ articles were the de facto repository for random comments and questions. With the news flow being lighter, we are running fewer ‘Bits’ articles.

The comments under this article are where you should post questions about travel and, indeed, anything else on your mind.

Please only comment under the main articles on the site if your comment is directly related to the topic of the article. This has long-term benefits as it keeps the commentary relevant for people who read those articles in the future.

First time I’ve seen points transferred 0. No points posted to IHG.

Going to ring them tomorrow but it seems they’re going to try and not give us the points we earn now either.

T&C only allow them to suspend point collection if you’re in arrears, defaulted or over the credit limit. Neither of these apply.

  Mine (and others on here) were delayed by around 9 days from the statement date this month but they did show up in the end

  Same. Interesting – transparent on what was earned and yet zero credited. I won’t be calling tomorrow as going on holiday, but very interested to hear what you’re told if you do call.

HELP! I am looking to cancel a flight with BA and they are only offering me a voucher for the following refund policy. “Refunds: If the booking is cancelled before the first flight, a cancellation fee of £150 per direction applies. At any other time there is no refund apart from gov taxes”. Is this correct? Flight is cash booked in August. Thanks!
