If you have ever wanted to try the famed Singapore Airlines hospitality and business class seat, you can now do it for far, far less than you imagined.
From 16th July, Singapore Airlines will be flying between Copenhagen and Rome three times per week. This is a ‘fifth freedom’ service which allows it to merge traffic from both cities into one flight in order to make the service viable.
It will use an A350 with 42 business class seats as well as 24 in premium economy and 187 in economy.

The timings are not ideal, to be honest, if you want to do this purely for fun:
- Copenhagen to Rome departs Copenhagen at 08.15 every Tuesday, Sunday and Friday
- Rome to Copenhagen departs Rome at 08.35 every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
There are currently some excellent business class deals available for this service. One-way, you will pay £230:

A return flight will cost you almost exactly £400.
The flight time is 2 hours 20 minutes so you will get plenty of time to experience the A350 business class seat:
We’ll pop it on our ‘to do’ list for the Autumn …..
