  Just got the Amazon numbers. HfP readers spent £88,000 on Amazon yesterday, and we made a grand total of £56 because top-ups don’t pay commission 🙂

  (I already knew this was the rule, it’s not a surprise. Bit of a shame though because until about 18 months ago Amazon did pay out on top-ups and gift cards.)

  Another 850 orders gone through today so far.

      1% I think.

      The new commission system works heavily against us, although not unreasonably. If you send someone to the Amazon home page they pay 1.5%. If you send someone to a specific product, you get roughly 6% (electricals are a lot lower) if they buy something from that category.

      Gift card commission was wiped at the same time that this was brought in.
