Damn! Flights available tomorrow but no time to get a PCR test

    • Rob says:

Eh? 3 hour PCR tests available at Heathrow.

      • Jon says:

I guess less than 24 hours before departure is too last minute for my blood! We will keep our Scotland trip next week. Does make me want to set up a few seatspy alerts for next year though. We have Jade Mountain booked for May, but would swap for Maldives

  • Mirp says:

Thank you. Booked for Christmas. Any recommendations for good family resort with great diving?

  • Manya says:

A few more dates too for the UAE in wtp

  • Dave says:

I’d like this to happen for Singapore

    • Polly says:

Think we will change our flights from Singapore, v tempting. Lux Bel Mare was gorgeous when it was first taken over. Lovely pool, beach and food.

  • IHGNowSucks says:

This was a very significant and time sensitive development. An email would have been very much appreciated.

Pleased for those who were able to get flights.

    • Chris says:

Follow head for points on twitter and make it alert on new posts. Worked out for me yesterday.

  • Kevin C says:

Thank you. I managed to get four BA flights yesterday from Male to Heathrow in the Easter Holidays. I had to do it a crowded tube train. Now booked Emirates reward flights going out.

We’re going to the Conrad Rangali. They still seem to have some reward rooms available.

  • Rh says:

Is there any way for me to transfer Amex or Avios rewards to Emirates to then use redemptions with Emirates that anyone knows of please?

    • Kevin C says:

Emirates are an Amex rewards partner so you can transfer over membership points at a rate of 1:1. You can also transfer Marriott points to Emirates at a rate of 3:1.

I joined Skywards plus to get a reduction of 20 per cent on the Emirates points needed. You’ll have to do the maths to see if it’s worth the cost.

  • Chris W says:

Seeking some advice having missed out on these last night whilst on hold waiting for BA to answer the phone – I already have a reward booking with 241 voucher, and was trying to change it from economy to business outbound while retaining the return leg which we already secured in first. Am I missing a trick i.e. could I have booked via different call centre, or booked online and then called up to join up the bookings together, or to cancel one of the bookings and then immediately rebook the seats?
