        My family live in SC and i was due to attend my Nephews wedding this past Saturday. I have heard similar that Biden will make an announcement at the G7 summit in Cornwall about opening up to UK. Fingers crossed because i haven’t seen my 83 and 89 year old parents since the end of 2019.

  Snapped up a couple of business seats to Mauritius using 2-4-1 for May 2022 (just in time for 2-4-1 expiry). In case anyone else wants to jump the gun there is loads of availability left for April 2022 (also an optimal month weather-wise especially later in the month). Both flights overnight so was important to get in C for both legs. Announcement must be related I would think !

    Thanks David. My 2-4-1 expiry date is exactly a year away as well. Been looking at a few different options now. Still keen on the far-east but far too many uncertainties at the moment.

  Due to all the complaints about bias against single people, 2-4-1 vouchers have been changed to pay 2x Avios 4 1 person

  I’ll throw my hat in as well – All flights/seats bookable with Avios (including taxes/surcharges), no restrictions.
  2-4-1 vouchers usable on Partner flights as well 🙂
