That’s all we can say for now.

However, I strongly recommend coming back at 9.30am for a major announcement. It is, genuinely, big news and I don’t think anyone will be disappointed. It is also a permanent improvement to your life, not a promotion.

If you are reading this by email, we will send it shortly after 9.30am but you can see it sooner by visiting the site.

You may want to clear a bit of time in your diary after 9.30am to respond to the news.

Lloyds change their mind and we can still earn Avios

It’s definitely BA related. The below confirms from “Turning less for less”.
Make sure you check back at 09.30 on Friday 28 May for more exciting BA news! Earlier this week I wrote about the double tier points on BA Holidays. Now another offer has appeared offering lounge access. British Airways Holidays has launched an offer for customers booking summer holiday…

  • SN says:

Every BA international ticket bought in 2021 also gets you a free BA domestic flight in 2022

  • DT says:

BA has found a way to pass standing seats through aviation regulations and will convert Y to standing only. Avios cost halved.

    • Lady London says:

Too bad. Ryanair got there first. BA is now reviewing the ‘3 stacked couchette-style seats taking up the same floor space as each Economy row does now’, as is Air New Zealand. There is surcharge for the bottom couchette and the top one is much cheaper.

  • Amanda G says:

Just to boost the numbers, Loving how speculation gets way more comments and interest than actual facts. 😀

  • Hugh says:

Increased Avios availability? Seat spy this morning is showing masses of club availability on a route I have been watching that yesterday had almost none!

    • A13 says:

Noticed this, seat spy alerts have been very active over the last couple of days..

  • Let's fly says:

I guess testing related. They’re going to cover the cost and refund if you fail or something. Life changing but a sign of the sad world we live in!
