Nectar gearing up to launch card-linked earning with Nectar Connect

It seems that Nectar is gearing up to launch card-linked earning.

A banner for ‘Nectar Connect’ popped up on the Nectar app and website yesterday before being taken down. The linked page of the website was broken.

This is presumably little different from the card-linked offers being run by British Airways and Virgin Atlantic. It allows you to earn points when you use a specific, pre-registered credit card with certain retailers, either in-store or online.

Signing up may be problematic for HfP readers as there are often ‘card clash’ issues if you register the same payment card with multiple card-linked offer sites. Unfortunately I have never seen a card-linked offers site come clean about ‘card clash’ problems.
