Which British Airways lounges can you use with a British Airways Executive Club Bronze card?

In this article I want to look at whether you can use British Airways airport lounges if you have a British Airways Executive Club Bronze card.

Executive Club is British Airways’ frequent flyer program, allowing you to earn Avios and tier points in return for continued loyalty.

Can I get into a British Airways lounge with a Bronze card?

Lounge access is one of the perks that many people aspire too when the travel. Nothing beats escaping the crowds of a busy terminal and settling down with some free wine or champagne before a long flight. On some flights, British Airways offers ‘sleeper services’ which allow you to dine in the lounge and enjoy an undisturbed nights’ rest on the flight.

Of course, the lounges are not open to all, and British Airways offers several tiers of lounges depending on your status or booked fare. At Heathrow Terminal 5, British Airways offers three Galleries Club lounges, a Galleries First and the Concorde Room – the most prestigious offering.

As a Bronze card holder, you are unfortunately not entitled to access to any of the British Airways lounges unless you are flying on a business or First Class ticket. Lounge access is a perk of Silver status and above – and you can read how to get Silver status with British Airways Executive Club here.

The same rule applies to the British Airways lounges at Gatwick and elsewhere.  British Airways has no lounges at London City Airport.

It is not possible to pay for access to British Airways lounges.
