    Ambassador will only get you upgrades at Intercontinental, not other IHG.

        if you have Plat then in Europe apparently Crowne Plaza may get upgradee according to reports.

        Generally IHG uogrades are unicorns. Ambassador has better chance if an IC. Generally though the only hotel group worse for uogrades is Accor other than possibly Sofitel (unsure about Fairmont).

  My Grand Daughter complained she was being bullied online i told her you cannot be bullied online its not possible you have a delete button (a waste bin) she said it keeps happening i said how do you know, she said i keep getting the messages do you read them she said yes Hmmm never read it’s easy delete button no bulling can’t be bullied if you not reading
  (mind my daughter says it’s not like when i was younger)
  But it is i used to get called all-sorts, i just laughed at them (honest that’s the truth)
  I’VE never been hit by a voice & don’t swear my view is anybody that does is an idiot & them being a idiot isn’t hurting them (no cuts)
  Now there I’VE just called probably 70% of readers on here idiots but not one got a cut from me
  Now back to Shoestring lol i read all the comments on here mostly for a laugh for my amusement
  I even occasionally post or add a comment again mostly for a laugh to draw further comments
  i also read the serious stuff when i can find some. my thought is what somebody writes take with a pinch of salt (or pepper lol)
  Remember you unleashed this beast lol

      If you ever holiday in Italy Sorrento Check out Surriento Suites that’s “not” a mis-spelling
      Only 3 Rooms (our fav in Sorrento) Pamala owns n runs it not your usual place but you’ll be spoilt
      her mother makes home made cakes n deserts (couple flights stairs but i’m 72 was never a problem
      We always have the suite, but seen the other two just as nice just not as big
      Overlooking Harbor, but well out of way, there’s a lift short walk away up to town 1 euro
      You get two Breakfasts lol big buffet of all sorts food for you to do yourselves or picnicking
      PLUS a free breakfast at a restaurant she does a deal with just outside on sea
      Or if you like a more expensive experience Volcano Views Hotel Santorini Greece stands out
      But we go back to Pamala’s place again & again (i think Hotels.com have it but we email or ring her direct (ask for a discount pay on departure as well, a lot of Americans honeymoon couples book it,) don’t think there is any bad reviews, last year we was there,

        Anna@ Amendum Right next door to surriento suites is Grand Hotel Excelsior so if you don’t want to walk to the public lift (we didn’t mind the 2 min exercise lol)
        If you buss them bottom beach and tell them your coming for drinks they will buss you in, use their lift to the top (as long as you do buy drinks though)
