Save 15% on food and drink at some IHG hotels

IHG Rewards Club, the loyalty scheme covering InterContinental, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza etc, has launched a new dining promotion.

It is called ‘Rewards to Savour’ and offers between 10%-15% off food and beverage spend at selected IHG properties in the UK.  You get the discount regardless of whether you are staying the night or not although non-residents will not earn any points for the meal.

10% off for ‘standard’ Rewards Club membership and Gold Elite status holders

15% off for Platinum Elite, Spire Elite and InterContinental Ambassadors

The promotion runs until 18th December. All you have to do is present your IHG Rewards Club membership card (physical or digital) at the restaurant.

Rember that you can earn IHG Rewards Club points if you book meals via the OpenTable website using the special IHG link.  Rob has used this a few times and always found the points post promptly.  The link is on the promo website here.

PS.  Here’s a handy tip.  If you staying in a IHG hotel in the UK, it is possible that the restaurant is on OpenTable as part of their IHG partnership.  Nothing stops you booking via OpenTable even though you are a guest in the hotel, and earning a few extra IHG Rewards Club points.  You can still charge the meal to your room as usual.
