If our review of Malaysia Airlines Business Suite has got you interested in their service (a review of Business Class follows next week), the airline has just launched a 15% discount code for UK American Express cardholders.
Via this link, you can get 15% off selected Economy, Business and Business Suite fares using a special promo code. The offer is valid for bookings until 14th August for travel until 31 July 2020.
In a separate deal – and one which does not stack with the 15% discount, unfortunately – Malaysia Airlines is offering special deals to Australasia when two (or four, or six) passengers travel together.
You need to book by 21st July for travel between 1st August and 30th June 2020.
Using promo code LUX4OZ, Business Class will come out at £2,879 and Business Suite at £4,179. This is not the cheapest price you will ever see to get down under BUT you will be earning Avios and tier points and – for peak Winter season dates – the fare is likely to be competitive.
Your best option to maximise your miles when paying is American Express Preferred Rewards Gold. This offers double points – 2 per £1 – when you when you book flight tickets directly with an airline.
The ‘two together’ deals can be found here.
