British Airways confirms an A350 and Club Suite for Tel Aviv

British Airways will make Tel Aviv the third destination to receive the new Club Suite business class seat.

A brand new A350, with the new Club Suite seat, will launch on the route in December.  It is already showing on ba.com on the overnight outbound flight from Sunday 1st December.

It replaces a Boeing 787-8 which, as the A350 is larger, means additional capacity in Club World, World Traveller Plus and World Traveller.

This is, no doubt, a spoiler aimed at Virgin Atlantic which is launching its own Tel Aviv service in September 2019.

The other routes currently confirmed as getting Club Suite are Toronto and Dubai.  The exact start dates will depend on when the aircraft are delivered from Airbus, and it is possible that the 1st December date for Tel Aviv will slip.
