Virgin Money is closing its London lounge at Eagle Place, Piccadilly

Virgin Money is closing its lounge at Eagle Place, just off Piccadilly, on 24th May.
The Haymarket lounge, which is nearby, will remain open. I have never been into Haymarket so I can’t comment on it. The Eagle Place lounge has always been busy so it isn’t closing due to lack of use.
The Eagle Place lounge is inside a standard office building on the first floor. I am guessing that Virgin Money is moving its offices out of the building now that it has been taken over – you would often see Virgin Money staff using the lounge for informal meetings.
You get unlimited free access to all Virgin Money lounges if you have either of the Virgin Atlantic credit cards or the Virgin Money Travel Credit Card which offers 0% FX fees. There is a virtual lounge membership card in the new Virgin Money credit card app. My review of the Eagle Place Virgin Money lounge is here.
