News in brief:
British Airways Club World deal to Osaka
BA is offering a £1,999 deal on Club World seats to Osaka, but with very restricted dates. You need to travel between 1st and 15th April and book by 11th March.
To maximise your miles when paying, your best bet is the British Airways American Express Premium Plus card which earns double Avios (3 per £1) when you book at ba.com or via BA Holidays. You do not get double Avios if you book with the free British Airways American Express card.
Another option is American Express Preferred Rewards Gold which offers double points – 2 per £1 – when you book flight tickets directly with an airline.
£100 Emirates statement credit from Amex
A chunky offer of a £100 Emirates statement credit has appeared on many American Express accounts. You need to check the ‘Offers’ tab of all of your cards to see if any have been selected.
The £100 refund is triggered when you spend £800 at emirates.com before 31st March. It is only valid against flights departing from the UK.
