Heading to Gatwick? Good myGatwick deals including free Regus lounge access

My first flight for 2019 will be out of Gatwick in a few days time, drones permitting. I could have used Heathrow, but as you will see from the articles when I get back there were a couple of reasons why Gatwick was preferable this time.
I dug out my myGatwick log-in to see what discounts and deals are available to me. MyGatwick is a freebies and discounts site run by the airport which few people know about. You can create an account and log in here.
The key offer at the moment for anyone flying out of the South Terminal, used by British Airways, is free use of the (landside) Regus Business Lounge for an hour.
You must enter your flight details on the myGatwick site in order to see all offers. The site is tailored to your travel plans, showing you available offers for either the North or South Terminal after you’ve input your travel details.
The deals you get after entering flight information are theoretically tailored. The list below is what I was offered for a flight next week from the South Terminal and I would expect most people to get the same:
10% off Official Gatwick Parking
20% off Gatwick Premium Security
20% off Premium Passport Control
Up to 10% off at No 1 Lounges
Free teddy bear with a £100 Dixons Travel spend (!)
Free gyoza at Wagamama when you buy something via ‘Reserve and Collect’ at Dixons Travel (who thinks of these things?!)
Various offers at WH Smith (£5 off when you spend £20 on books, 50p off a meal deal)
£20 off at Sunglass Hut
Various food deals at WonderTree and Joes
Free lounge access at Regus Express (closed at weekends) – you can have one hour of free access to the Business Centre lounges, which are LANDSIDE in both the North and South terminals
The Regus Express lounges are not bad places to hang out. They are mainly designed for working, not lounging, but they offer free tea and coffee and usually a selection of newspapers and magazines.
It is worth noting that I wasn’t offered any hotel deals. Historically both YOTEL Gatwick (which Anika reviewed here) and BLOC (reviewed here) offered deals via myGatwick but those seem to have ended.
