Changes to Head for Points posting during August

Long-time readers will know that I usually drop the post count from three articles to two during August.

This year is no exception and the reduced article rate will start from tomorrow.  Technically, it started today if you don’t count this as a proper article!

I promise you that you won’t miss anything.  The travel industry tends to go to sleep in August and there are few new deals to report.  You can be sure that anything which does come up will be covered.

There will still be three articles on any particular day if the news flow justifies it.  I will take the opportunity to run more ‘how to’ pieces than usual.  There will also be a few UK hotel reviews as a number of properties have invited us (well, Anika) along during their quiet weeks.  We also have a batch of flight and hotel reviews from her recent New York trip ready to run.

For clarity, the site continues to run as normal.   Dropping a daily article simply keeps pace with the reduced newsflow.  My laptop will be following me across Spain, the Dolomites and Venice.
