‘purchased through our Train Tickets app’ – you have a train tickets app?? :))

  • James says:

Did the survey, I know how hard it is to collect enough data when doing this sort of thing! Good luck!

  • Dale says:

Adam, please share your survey results! Good luck with dissertation! (Fellow Loughborough TMP graduate)

  • Anon says:

Done the survey, hope we get a results update. 🙂

  • Mr(s) Entitled says:

Has anyone had their Tesco Pet Insurance docs through the post yet? I hear that it has been processed as a credit agreement. Thankfully I have a pet so not the end of the world but it was/is overpriced so I had planned on cancelling after the bonus. It appears that may now be more difficult than I envisaged.

    • 3CT says:

Yes certainly looks like a credit agreement albeit with 0% interest.

    • harry says:

Good news – the FAQ make it very clear you can cancel at any time. Maybe worth a screenshot?

In this case, cancellation would be advised via a formal method (EMAIL? PHONE) as opposed to simple cancellation of direct debit.

      • Andrew H says:

I’m not too clear why everyone is rushing to cancel this deal. It’s still 4k points!

        • harry says:

I think most people just needed reassurance they can cancel at any time after getting the 4000 points, without incurring any penalty.

This does appear to be the case.

          • Andrew H says:

I’m scheduled to make my first paymen on 21st Jan. hoping the 4k points will be added before 28th Jan which is the next Tesco conversion date.

          • Rob says:

I very much doubt that is the case. You should not be committed to a full year, it makes no sense because of the other terms of the policy.

If anyone who has applied wanted to give Tesco Bank a quick call it should clarify matters. There are plenty of good excuses eg want a car loan soon so don’t want another loan application on my credit file.

          • Mark says:

Anyone heard anymore on this pet insurance and if you can cancel at anytime?

  • Frankie says:

Will defo help out Adam. I didn’t know such a degree existed. It sounds exciting, and I’m in that ‘new year, mid live crisis, career change’ thinking mode

  • Oliver says:

    Filled in the survey 😀

  • Daniel says:

    Did the survey… Good luck
