Last week, British Airways American Express cardholders were sent unique promotional codes offering them £25 off a British Airways short haul flight.
The codes were unique to each individual. They need to be used by Monday evening and my wife and I, for two, will not be using ours.
What I thought we could do is give away our codes if we don’t need them so that other HfP readers can benefit – albeit that most readers in the UK will have a BA Amex and will have received a code anyway. You could possibly use a 2nd one though ….
This is what to do:
To give away a code:
If you have a £25 code that you will not be using, add a comment to the bottom of this article with the code in it. Do not hit ‘reply’ to another comment and stack it under an existing one. Fill in the comment box at the bottom of the page.
To use a code from someone else:
If you want to use a code, make your booking on ba.com and then add a comment IMMEDIATELY BELOW the code you have used to say that it no longer works. This means that nobody else will use it.
Before you try to use a code, remember that your flight must meet the following conditions:
You must via this this link – www.ba.com/flights
You must book a return flight
You must spend over £100
You must travel between 1st December and 30th April
The code is valid for Euro Traveller or Club Europe – domestic flights are NOT included
The code is valid from Heathrow, Gatwick and London City only
‘Flight and Hotel’ or ‘Flight and Car’ packages are excluded
You must book by midnight on Monday 7th December
The rules say that you must pay with a British Airways American Express card but, in reality, that is not necessary.
Our two codes are listed below to get the ball rolling. If you are reading this via email, you will need to click through to the site to see the codes.
