I wrote last week that British Airways had been out and about at mainline London stations giving out a special edition of High Life magazine.

Inside were two special discount codes.  These codes go live today at 9am.

There are two offers, full details of which can be found at this special page on ba.com:

British Airways Embraer 190 London City

Euro Traveller

£10 off any booking of £100 or more from London

Offer code required on ba.com is BAEUROPE10

Book from 9am on 21st September to 5th October

Travel from 1st October to 20th March

Club Europe

£50 off any booking from London

Offer code required on ba.com is CLUBEUROPE50

Book from 9am on 21st September to 5th October

Travel from 1st October to 20th March

The Euro Traveller code will be valid for 100,000 tickets whilst the Club Europe discount will be good for 20,000 tickets.

As you may know, there are a number of Club Europe routes which come in at just under £200 return.  You can see which ones take part via the Low Fare Finder tool on ba.com.  This could get the price of some routes down to under £150 which is a very decent deal, especially if you are chasing British Airways tier points to boost or retain your status.

The full terms and conditions can be found on this dedicated ba.com page for the offer.

Good news for all of us stuck in the regions. Will book tomorrow. Thanks

  • ML1 says:

This discount only applies for UK residents, unfortunately.

    • Dainiel says:

Not necessary to be a UK resident. I booked more than 18 tickets today for non-UK residents, the discount is valid. Just you have to depart from UK

Why did we lose 21.000 Air miles with BA ..why weren’t they converted to Avious points ?
We were trying to save them for a long haul flight ..and were not warned that we were at risk of losing them …

    • Rob says:

If you had old Air Miles then that must have been pre-2011, because Avios points were introduced at the end of 2011.

You would have had an Avios account opened and your old Air Miles transferred. However, Avios points expire if you have no activity on your account for three years.

21,000 Air Miles under the old scheme would have been over 300,000 Avios …. that is an expensive loss, at least £1,500.
