Earn Avios via Clubcard testing new products for BzzAgent

  I tried this a couple of years ago, and was not impressed. I think it’s a little disingenuous the way it’s described as ‘testing’ new products – you really are promoting them via social media and are expected to spam your friends constantly.

  Tesco also run their own-brand version (on the same platform) which is exclusively for Tesco products, called Tesco Orchard.

      You could cover the Lego 1000 points for £60 deal. In the boost.

      Spend a net £19.40 of points (bit less if you add back the Amex).

  Many of their tesing surveys do not reward you Tesco points also. I agree, you get sent a product and you have to leave reviews on lots of social media accounts. I gave up with Bzz agent but always do Orchard surveys.

  Yep: I, too, looked into it a couple of years ago and decided spamming products online to earn a few points was not worth the candle.

    I’ve been a buzzagent for years, and I must admit I quite like it. I disagree that you’re expected to “spam” your friends and family promoting items, all you need to do is create a few tweets, a Facebook post or two and maybe review the products you’re given.

    I’ve had quite a lot of stuff from them over the years, a fair bit of it being hair products (waxes and gels etc). I’ve also had things like dishwasher tablets, hair straighteners and electric toothbrushes.

    If you can commit to maybe half an hour per “event”, then its definitely worth it.

  I don’t mind spamming as there is only one friend on my FB account and that is the OH!

  I only have the account for Avios Suitcase and the like.

  I’ve been a BzzAgent for years and I really like it. You don’t actually have to spam anyone or do any social media stuff – I never do. The only activities I fill out are the review (which is just your personal review of the product) and telling them who I talk to about it (which, depending on the product, ranges from just my husband to my husband plus a few friends and family). This has kept me receiving new things all the time including £40 worth of chocolate (one shipment), £35 worth of hair products (one shipment), etc.

  Tesco Orchard is the exact same thing on nearly the exact same platform but just Tesco specific. Those tend to be less valuable since they’re usually food things Tesco sells.

  Worth a try I think and just because they want you to link to social media and share, doesn’t mean you have to!
