It has been a couple of months since we ran a really big competition on Head for Points, so I am delighted to announce that we have something very special launching on Monday.

Rocketmiles – the hotel booking site which awards frequent flyer miles with every stay – has just launched a new partnership with Virgin Flying Club.

    Talking about apple watch, I ear over 1000 avios on suitcase, my suitcase balance has gone to zero but not credited to my avios account. My previous avios have gone across without issues. Any ideas?

      The suitcase balance zeros at the start of each month I think. You can email them at : social.media@avios.com and they will sort any problems out. My account has zeroed and I haven’t received my points yet either.

      Sounds like several people have had this problem. I had 1470 points and only 30 have transferred over.

        Me also… I did wonder whether they blocked them on the basis there was no way I actually could have been at all the stores over the space of 10 mins!

          They can’t do that. If they were going to enforce actually being present, during shop hours, they should have done it at the point of awarding the stickers. It’s not as though I actually visited Edinburgh, London, Mancy and all those other places at 1 am on the same day.

    Is this just for people in the US, or do Virgin do the Flying Club internationally (I live in the UK so would I be able to enter/use the points?) thank you!

      Virgin Atlantic is a British airline (just!) so the flying club is not only available to us Brits but is based here.
