Earn triple Avios with Flybe flights from London City

Links on Head for Points may pay us an affiliate commission. A list of partners is here.

The partnership between Flybe and Avios (ie avios.com and not British Airways Executive Club) has been running for six months now.

You now earn Avios points when you fly with Flybe – and, following the Avios devaluation, you may earn more than flying the same route on BA!

I wrote extensively about this new arrangement here and here if you want to know more. You can find full details on the Flybe website here.

Flybe has launched another promotion for its services from London City Airport.  It flies to Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Belfast, Dublin (to 31st May only), Exeter and Amsterdam – and, ironically, competes with BA on many of these routes.

To encourage you to try the London City services, you can earn TRIPLE Avios points on all Flybe services from London City until the end of the June.  That works out at 6-12 Avios per £1 spent depending on your ticket type – albeit you only earn Avios on the base fare and not the taxes and charges component.

Full details of the offer can be found here.

Note that all flights must be booked by the end of May even though you can fly until the end of June.

No registration is required.  Triple Avios will be credited automatically to your account.  The Flybe site has all the details if you need to know more.

I’m still struggling to find a list of code share flights with AF which was announced in a big fanfare a couple of years back or so. (Not to connecting flights, just ex UK departures to wherever, or has it all been quietly dropped ?)

    Appreciate that…..thanks.
