  Have used it and was very impressed. It does boil down to which garage you end up using – they work with numerous local garages, so if you know they will do a good job, it’s worth it. Good customer service too.

  Also, the addition of Paypal, which was not available a few years back when they first started their partnership is another added bonus as you can use it for Amex purchases which are otherwise not accepted.

  I’ve used them once and they were pretty good. I had 2 small issues though… I paid extra to use one of their premium garages and they changed the booking to a normal garage but didn’t automatically refund the extra charge. I also didn’t receive any clubcard points. Both issues were resolved with 1 phone call though.

  I seem to recall using them a couple of years ago when they were running a nice bonus point promotion. It certainly took a bit of the sting out of replacing all four tyres. Points posted quickly and without the need to chase!

    same here, used them when they had a bonus on 19 inch tyres, I think it was about 8000 bonus points was very handy! points posted pretty well

  Have you got a reference for the price match policy? If they have one, they don’t shout about it.

  They were v expensive last time I was shopping for tyres, which is a shame because their customer service is/was great.

  I bought four new Blue Response tyres through them last year. One tyre however was refused by the garage as it had a defect so I had to go back for a replacement tyre on another day.
  Customer services were very good about it and agreed to my request for additional points as compo – almost doubling my points total for the four tyres
