Maximise your Avios, air miles and hotel points

2,400 Avios or 2,500 Virgin miles for £60 Tesco Wine spend

There was some discussion of this deal in the comments yesterday but I felt it deserved its own article, especially as the email subscribers would otherwise miss it.

Via a special deal aimed at moneysavingexpert.com readers, Tesco Wine is offering 1,000 Clubcard points when you spend £60.  This is an excellent deal given that you would receive 2,400 Avios or 2.500 Virgin Flying Club miles plus the wine – there are even half-price discounted cases available at the moment.  £60 could get you £120 of wine at full price plus the points!

Tesco Clubcard

The code you need at check-out is XXHGJK and it will expire on Sunday 15th (last date to order, not receive the order) unless 6,000 people use it first.

The deal is open to both new and existing Tesco Wine customers.  The Tesco Wine website is here.

PS.  If you missed it, I also ran a deal yesterday offering 3,000 Virgin miles with your first purchase from Virgin Wines.  As that is a long-running deal, you may want to focus on this one first.

10mths for the price of 12? Where do I sign!?

  • Steve says:

Ordered 2 cases of wine using the code.
Tesco messed up the order and delivered one case of the wrong wine.
Phoned them up and I am getting the correct case delivered tomorrow (plus 66 Clubcard points)
And I get to keep the case of wine.
So £66 spent 18 Bottles of Wine (@ £10each) plus over 1100 points.
