UPDATE – DECEMBER 2021: This article is now out of date, but don’t worry. We produce a monthly summary of the top hotel bonus point offers – please click HERE or use the ‘Hotel Offers’ menu above.
Starwood Preferred Guest is keen to get you to book via their mobile phone app, and is willing to bribe you with SPG points to try it!
You will receive 500 bonus SPG points per stay up to a maximum of three stays. You MUST pay for your stay with an American Express card to receive the bonus.
The bonus runs until 31st March 2015.
You MUST pre-register by visiting this page on the Starwood website.
If you have any Starwood stays planned, this is a no-brainer. I value SPG points at 1.5p each based on recent redemptions, so you are looking at an extra £7.50 ‘rebate’ on each of those three stays. It will also combine with whatever general promotion Starwood rolls out for the January to March period.
Remember to register here before you book. I will add this deal to our ‘Hotel Offers’ page where you will also find a summary of other major promotions for the big chains.
