Regus Express business lounge now open at Gatwick

I covered the opening of the Regus business lounge in the Heathrow Terminal 5 arrivals area back in September. I have since visited it and it is a useful space to work if you have to pass some time there, albeit the public areas are relatively small.
Regus has now opened a business lounge in the South terminal at Gatwick Airport, adjacent to the Yotel Gatwick hotel.
What I like about this one is that the lounge offers a free continental breakfast to visitors. This is mild consolation for anyone impacted by BA’s decision to close its arrivals lounge at Gatwick last year.
You will need a Regus BusinessWorld Preferred or Gold card to enter the lounge. Luckily, these are available for free to members of various airline, hotel and car rental loyalty schemes. The easiest is via Avis Preferred since you can sign up for that for nothing.

HSBC Premier World Elite Mastercard gets you get a free LoungeKey card, allowing you access to the LoungeKey network. Guests are charged at £20 although it may be cheaper to pay £60 for a supplementary credit card for your partner.
