New Amex cashback offers with Aer Lingus and South African Airways

American Express has launched two new discount deals with airline partners.

South African Airways is offering £75 cashback when you spend £750 or more on an SAA flight via their flysaa website.  You need to book by January 7th but there is no limit on when you need to fly.

You may find this offer on your online statement page for one of your cards.  Alternatively, it is also on the cardmemberoffers.co.uk site which allows anyone to register.  You must register your card or you will not receive the cashback.  Lloyds, Barclays and MBNA Amex cards DO work.

Secondly, Aer Lingus has launched its own American Express deal.

Oddly, this one is hosted on the Aer Lingus website.  I cannot see it posted on any of the American Express discount sites.

The landing page is here.  You will receive a 20% discount on the non-taxes cost of an Aer Lingus flight to North America, in either economy or business class.  You must book by 14th November and travel between 6th January and 27th March.
