Maximise your Avios, air miles and hotel points

Earn Avios via Tesco Clubcard points for buying Lego

Links on Head for Points may pay us an affiliate commission. A list of partners is here.

Tesco Direct is currently running a promotion on Lego.  It is not worth bothering with purely for the points, but if you buy Lego anyway then it isn’t a bad deal.

Until April 16th:

Receive 1,000 Clubcard points (2,400 Avios / 2,500 Virgin miles) when you spend £60+ on Lego

Receive 500 Clubcard points (1,200 Avios / 1,250 Virgin miles) when you spend £30 – £59.99 on Lego

Tesco Lego

What makes this more interesting is that there is also a Tesco Direct discount code at the moment for spending £75+.

You will receive £10 off a £75+ Tesco Direct order with code TDX-PWXH.  (If you were planning a bigger spend, TD-FG6N gets you £20 off £150.)

For £65, you could therefore order £75 of Lego (saving £10 with the code).  You would also receive 1,000 bonus Clubcard points on top of your standard points.

Note that the £10 and £20 discount codes expire on April 6th (Sunday), so you need to move quickly to use those.  The bonus points offer runs until the 16th.

Can this be combined with current tesco direct offer

There is also 1000 points for an HP Printer

  • Matt Hirst says:

I’ll be stocking up on a lot of Lego for future birthday and Christmas presents. I just saved £160 on a one way RFS to Frankfurt which only cost me 4500 avios. 2120 club card points (5088 avios) on £120 worth of lego means the lego was essentially free.
