  I had an item arrive yesterday huge box, tiny product so much bubble wrap and the product was smached to pieces. Oh well easy come easy go.

    I did two orders one to mothers address and one myself, neither have been cancelled, but still no items received.

  Myself and family have received 6 packages now, some orders were split. The packaging is such a waste, a huge box and loads of bubble wrap for 1 knife. (and no ID requested)

  The only orders cancelled were for gift cards.

  Has anyone received a giftcard they purchased with the code? They billed my Plat Amex for the extra £5 of the £25 giftcard on the 20th of September and the order shows as processed but I haven’t received the giftcard.

    Yep, gift card received OK via Royal Mail Signed For delivery, still waiting for champagne (although card charged so should be OK)
