Last week to buy Virgin Flying Club miles with 15% bonus

A reminder that the current offer for purchasing Virgin Flying Club miles ends on 30th June.
You can currently earn a 15% bonus when you buy Flying Club miles. You can buy a surprisingly large amount as well – the annual cap is 100,000 miles, which currently gets you 115,000.
The cost for that would be £1,515 – ie 1.5p per mile, plus the bonus, plus a £15 ‘admin’ fee.
One thing I like about the Virgin ‘buy miles’ scheme is that the price is fixed, at 1.5p per mile – albeit the £15 ‘admin’ fee has more of an impact at that level. Buying smaller amounts is therefore better value than with some other programmes.
The ‘buy miles’ link is here if you are interested.
