Double Virgin miles on Little Red, and QUADRUPLE Virgin miles from Hilton

Virgin Flying Club has announced that it will be offering double miles on all Little Red domestic flights until June 30th.

This means that you will earn 3,000 Flying Club miles per return flight, instead of 1,500.

More interestingly, you will earn double miles on EVERY Little Red flight you take during this period, so it could be very lucrative for some people. Full details can be found here.

Virgin has also announced that new Flying Club members who take a Little Red return flight before 30th June will get an extra 1,500 Flying Club miles. This is a better deal than using the referral route that I offered a couple of days ago, so I would sign up via the link above instead.

Remember that Virgin Flying Club miles can be converted to Hilton HHonors at a rate of 1:2 (minimum 10,000 miles) so even if you have no intention of building up a collection of Flying Club miles, this promotion could still be very interesting if you transfer your miles to Hilton points.

Virgin and Hilton have launched a promotion offering QUADRUPLE VIRGIN MILES on stays at selected London and Scottish hotels. You must register before your stay using this form.

The rules are:

Stays must be between 31st March and 30th June

You must set your account to ‘Hilton Points & Fixed Miles’ to receive the basic 1,000 Virgin miles per stay, plus a bonus of 3,000 Virgin miles per stay (Hampton Inn stays only get a bonus of 600 miles)

Only stays at these hotels in London and Scotland count

There is no cap on the number of times you can earn the bonus

This is a very interesting promo if you need a London hotel over the next three months. It may even be worth hopping from Hotel A to Hotel B and back again, night after night, given that you are earning 4,000 Virgin miles per stay!

Some of the hotels, especially at weekends, will not be very expensive in the first place, so 4,000 miles represents an aggressive rebate. I wonder if you could use it together with this 40% Hilton discount code I posted recently?
