Introducing our affiliate partners – Amazon, Hilton and British Airways
Links on Head for Points may pay us an affiliate commission. A list of partners is here.
As I mentioned on Wednesday, one of the new things that I can do with Head for Points under our new hosting agreement is to offer affiliate links.
I have settled on just three affiliate partners. These are Amazon, Hilton and British Airways (BA is not yet active, Amazon and Hilton are active). Clicking on those logos will take you through to the relevant site, and Head for Points will receive a small commission for any sale.
Why these three partners?
The first two partners were chosen for one good reason. Hilton and Amazon are not available on cashback sites such as Quidco or the Avios e-store so you will not be losing out by using our links.
With Hilton, we receive a commission on any hotel booked worldwide, excluding North America, when not booked under a corporate rate. With Amazon, we receive a commission on all orders placed through the UK site.
British Airways is the outlier. At present, the BA link is not working, but it should be active within a week or so.
BA is available on cashback sites such as Quidco and I would encourage you to use those if possible. If, however, you are booking corporate travel and do not wish to be seen to be profiting personally, then feel free to use our link. And, of course, if you want to voluntarily use our link even though you have an account with a cashback site, then I am very grateful.
I may tweak the links as we go along, depending on the response. I am very grateful to readers who help to support the site by using them.
