Tesco Bank is increasingly keen to pester you about taking out its car, home and pet insurance.  To help them do this, they are offering 100 Clubcard points to you when you complete this form.

It asks you for the renewal month of your insurance policies, so Tesco can chase you up nearer the time.

There is no need to tick every box, one will do.  Not everyone will own a car, a home and a pet anyway!
