Get 250 bonus Clubcard points for £12 CD spend

Tesco Entertainment is offering 250 bonus Clubcard points when you pre-order “Now That’s What I Call Chill”.  The price is £11.97 – see here.

The CD is released on 20th August, so you need to place your pre-order no later than tomorrow, 19th August.

It is worth noting that Tesco has historically had problems posting points from ‘Now’ promotions, so keep a copy of the screenshot.  However, you will get them eventually even if you end up calling. 

250 Clubcard points is worth 600 Avios or 625 Virgin Flying Club miles at the standard conversion rate, and possibly 50%+ more if you save your vouchers until the next conversion promotion.

Assuming the points post promptly, they will also put you in good stead towards the 650 points you need this quarter to earn 2,000 bonus Avios via the ‘Get More’ promotion.

You can, of course, sell the CD on eBay and recoup much of your expenditure.  Note that you are limited to one CD per account.
